“While I have overseen Green Trails and HighPoint through out the past 2 years, it has always been reassuring to have a vendor that I could depend on. We have had several bad experiences in the past with our previous snow removal and landscaping vendors. I could not remember having to spend so much time worrying about these things. In January of 2001 made a call to Jim Ratliff, owner of Land Technicians, explaining to him how we were buried in 20 inches of snow and no where to go with it. Jim assured me he could get the necessary crew together and could be at Green Trails within a few hours to tackle this horrendous situation. His commitment to me was followed through immediately. He not only had trucks out to push the snow, he had bobcats, and front end loaders to remove the snow from the property. It took Jim and his crew nearly 24 hours to complete the clean up, but they did it. Jim was there when I needed him, two years later Jim still continues to follow up with all the commitments to our properties and me. It is certainly reassuring to know that Jim and his staff are there for us.”

We want to thank you for the beautiful job that is being done by the landscapers this summer. In the past years, we would get so angry by the "butcher" job being done on the bushes in the front of our apartment. The workers didn't care how it looked, but we certainly did, it's our home. This year they did an excellent job, they took care and it is beautiful! We were very impressed with the way the landscapers planted the flowers this season. The plants were spaced evenly and in straight lines! There are a lot of flowers here at HighPoint, and we appreciate that. The day lilies were spectacular this year. We heard many positive comments about the lilies from other residents also. Thank you for finding and hiring the right landscaping company that care enough to do the job right, and to make High Pint the beautifully place it is.
